Yianna is the Managing Partner at LQ Lawyers, focusing in high-stakes Family Law matters. Yianna’s courtroom experience began well before graduation; after going through her own custody battle and divorce, she gained invaluable real-world experience early in her career. This early start shaped her into a decisive advocate who excels and has unmatched skills navigating the complexities of the courtroom. Today, she is one of the firm’s key trial lawyers, with specific experience in Family Law Jury Trial—a rarity in the field that allows her to provide a superior level of representation in high-conflict disputes.
Her academic and professional journey is defined by excellence and a commitment to continuous growth. Yianna earned her Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List for her academic achievements. Demonstrating her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of legal knowledge, she is also a member of the Texas Bar College, an honorary society of lawyers who complete double the required amount of continuing legal education.

Austin Quesenberry
Austin is the Managing Partner for all Criminal Defense matters at LQ Lawyers. Austin practices Family Law as well.
As the firm’s most experienced trial attorney, Austin focuses primarily on courtroom advocacy—developing case strategy, presenting evidence, and delivering compelling arguments to judges and juries. His depth of trial experience and steady presence in the courtroom make him a trusted advocate for clients facing complex and high-stakes disputes.
Austin’s path to the practice of law reflects the same discipline and determination he brings to trial work. He completed law school at night while working full-time as a paralegal, gaining years of practical, hands-on legal experience before ever stepping into the role of attorney. He earned his Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Wesleyan University.
In addition to his practice, Austin is deeply committed to service and mentorship within the legal community. He served as President of the Rockwall County Bar Association (2024–2025), where he works to support professional development and collegiality among local attorneys. He also mentors law students at UNT Dallas College of Law (2023–2026), helping guide the next generation of trial lawyers, and serves as an Attorney Coach for the Skyline Mock Trial Team (2022–2025), fostering courtroom skills and confidence in aspiring young advocates.
