AUSTIN QUESENBERRY

Preparation matters.

Especially in the courtroom.

Managing Partner | Criminal Defense

Austin Quesenberry represents clients facing criminal charges and other high-stakes legal matters. His practice is built around careful preparation, strategic decision-making, and courtroom advocacy when a case requires it.

His Story

A career built through experience.

For Austin, courtroom experience began long before he became an attorney.

While attending law school at night, Austin worked full-time as a paralegal, gaining years of practical, hands-on experience while earning his law degree. That path gave him an understanding of how cases are built from the ground up from organizing evidence and developing strategy to preparing a matter for the courtroom.

After earning his Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law, Austin carried that experience into his work as an attorney and developed a practice centered on preparation, strategy, and trial advocacy.

As Managing Partner of LQ Lawyers, Austin leads the firm’s Criminal Defense practice and also represents clients in Family Law matters. He works closely with his clients to understand what is at stake, evaluate the available options, and prepare each case with the possibility of trial in mind.

TRIAL & LITIGATION

Courtroom Focus

Preparation built for trial.

As LQ Lawyers' most experienced trial attorney, Austin focuses much of his practice on courtroom advocacy, including developing case strategy, presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and advocating before judges and juries.

His approach begins with preparation. Whether a case is resolved through negotiation or proceeds to trial, Austin works to ensure that each decision is made with a clear understanding of the evidence, the risks, and the client's objectives.
